ALMA EDUCATION FOUNDATION
Incorporated on Nov 2, 2010 under the Companies Act 1965, as a Non-Profit Organisation, the ALMA Education Foundation is the initiative of the Malay Alumni of North American Universities (ALMA) a national education think tank with a mission to prepare the Bumiputra communities for the fast changing global landscape to conscionably act and chart the destiny of the future generation.
There is a dire need for accelerating talent development, strengthening leadership programs, improving intergenerational cohesion and embracing innovation openly. Our main focus therefore is to ensure that our young generation receive the quality education that will help them succeed in life, contend in the increasingly competitive global economy whilst identifying and developing their potential to better redefine the future of the race.
The ALMA Education Foundation will provide the vehicle fuelled with resources pooled from various individuals and corporations that believe in the same dream and who by giving back will be creating wider avenues for talented and deserving younger Bumiputras to be assisted in getting the best education from the Ivy Leagues of the world.

ALMA OBJECTIVE
The ALMA Education Foundation is established with the following objectives:
1. Raising funds, donations, grants, and contributions in order to enhance and enrich educational opportunities forpotentially deserving Bumiputra students, graduates and other related individuals.
2. Providing financial assistance with grants, sponsorship and contributions that will help improve the educational and training opportunities of underprivileged Bumiputra scholars.
3. Investing in strategic investments and business activities to enlarge the Foundation’s financial resources through prudent financial management.
4. To create a platform for Malaysian students and professionals worldwide in all industries and field of studies withopportunities to expand their networks, improve their professional brands and increase their visibilities.
